訂定「再生醫療倫理規範」、「醫療機構申請執行再生技術治療危及生命或嚴重失能之疾病，且國內尚無適當之藥品、醫療器材或醫療技術及應遵行事項」、「執行再生醫療之醫師資格規範」、「再生醫療技術不良反應致重大傷害或死亡之救濟措施應遵行事項」，自115年1月1日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Notice is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Directions on the Ethical Code of Regenerative Medicine", "Directions for Medical Institutions Applying to Implement Regenerative Medicine Techniques for Life-Threatening or Severely Disabling Diseases, Where No Appropriate Drugs, Medical Devices, or Medical Technologies Are Available Domestically, and the Compliance Requirements", "Directions on Qualifications for Physicians Implementing Regenerative Medicine" and "Directions for Relief Measures in the Case of Severe Injury or Death Due to Adverse Reactions to Regenerative Medicine Techniques" (directions have come into force since 1st, January 2026)
