修正「受終身不得考領駕駛執照處分重新申請考驗辦法」第2條、第6條條文及第8條附表，名稱並修正為「受終身不得考領駕駛執照限制重新申請考驗辦法」，自115年1月31日施行

MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 2 and 6 and the appendix of Article 8 of "Regulations for Drivers Permanently Prohibited From Applying for Driver's License to Reapply for Taking Tests", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations for Drivers Permanently Restricted From Applying for Driver's License to Reapply for Taking Tests" (amended regulations have come into force since 31st, January 2026)
