修正「勞動部辦理失業勞工子女就學補助實施要點」，名稱並修正為「勞動部辦理失業勞工在學子女生活扶助金實施要點」，自115年8月1日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Implementation Directions of MOL Study Subsidies for Involuntarily Unemployed Workers' Children", and the renaming of the Directions as "Implementation Directions Governing MOL Living Allowances for Involuntarily Unemployed Workers' Children in School" (revised directions shall be coming into force from 1st, August 2026)
