MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 6 and Appendix 2-4, 3-3, 4-3, 5-3, 6-3, 6-4, 7-3, 8-4 and 8-5 of Paragraph 3 of "Directions for Medical Institutions Providing Preventive Healthcare Services" (former name: Notice Regarding Medical Institutions Providing Preventive Healthcare Services) (revised directions have come into force since 1st, January 2026)
