修正「限制輸出貨品表」，我國產製之463項鋼鐵貨品輸往歐盟採行管理措施（輸出規定代號為132），出口人應於貨品放行前取得本部國際貿易署委託台灣鋼鐵工業同業公會簽發以我國為原產地之第1期原產地證明書向海關報運出口，自115年7月24日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of "List of Commodities Subject to Export Restriction" by imposing restrictive measures on the exports of some 463 articles of iron or steel originating in the R.O.C. destined for the EU (export regulation code: 132); the exporter shall obtain the Phase I Certificate of Origin issued by Taiwan Steel & Iron Industries Association commissioned by International Trade Administration, MOEA for the goods originating in the R.O.C. to file export declarations to the Customs before the release of goods (amendment shall become effective from 24th, July 2026)
