MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Criteria for the Collection of Rental Rates on Lands Acquired Through Zone Expropriation for High Speed Rail Projects for Direct Use, Income Generation and Disposition" (former name: Criteria for Rental Rate Charged for Using, Collecting Benefits from, and Disposal of Land Acquired from the Zone Expropriation for the High Speed Rail Project) (revised criteria become effective from 31st, July 2026)
