修正「經濟部補助直轄市及縣市政府辦理再生能源發電設備認定與查核作業要點」部分規定及第5點附件3，名稱並修正為「經濟部補助與獎勵直轄市縣（市）政府辦理再生能源發電設備認定及查核作業要點」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the revision on partial provisions and Supplementary 3 of Paragraph 5 of "Operation Directions for Validation and Inspection Method of Renewable Energy Power Generation Equipment Processed by Special Municipalities and City/County Governments Subsidized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs", and the renaming of the Directions as "Operation Directions Governing Subsidies and Rewards for Special Municipality and County/City Governments for Conducting Approvals and Verifications of Renewable Energy Power Generation Equipment by Ministry of Economic Affairs" (revised directions come into force from 20th, August 2026)
