修正「行政院原子能委員會主管政府捐助之財團法人監督要點」第2點、第5點、第6點規定及第3點附件1，名稱並修正為「核能安全委員會主管政府捐助之財團法人監督要點」，自即日生效

NUCLEAR SAFETY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 2, 5 and 6 and Supplementary 1 of Paragraph 3 of "Directions for Supervising Government-Endowed Foundations by Atomic Energy Council, Executive Yuan", and the renaming of the Directions as "Directions for Supervising Government-Endowed Foundations Overseen by Nuclear Safety Commission" (revised directions come into force from 9th, September 2026)
