MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the abolition of "Operation Directions for Advance Ruling on Foreign Profit-Seeking Enterprises Engaging in Simple Processing of Goods Within Free Trade Zones" (former name: Directions for Advance Inspection of Foreign Profit-Seeking Enterprise Conducting Goods Storage And/or Simple Processing Operations in Free Trade Zone) (abolition becomes effective from 23rd, September 2026)
