本會95年12月11日勞安1字第0950115239號核釋「勞工安全衛生組織管理及自動檢查辦法」第2條第2項規定，關於勞工安全衛生管理單位應為事業單位內之一級單位之認定之解釋令，自即日廢止

COUNCIL OF LABOR AFFAIRS, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the abolition of the interpretive rule prescribed and documented as Lao-An-1-Tzu No. 0950115239 in pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 2 of "Regulations on Labor Safety and Health Organization Management and Self-Inspection", which stipulated and determined organizations for inspections of labor safety and health, shall be regarded as first agency of business entities (abolition takes into force from 25th, August 2008)
