COAST GUARD ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to introduce "Reporting Forms and Procedures to the Coast Guard Authorities of Yachts before Leaving Port" (forms and procedures are valid from 25th, March 2011)
