MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for stipulating relevant rules of review principles for building area, floor area, building coverage ratio, floor area ratio and building height of buildings installed with solar photovoltaic equipment in accordance with "Standards for Setting up Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation Equipment in Buildings" (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, August 2026)

內政部令：依「建築物設置太陽光電發電設備標準」設置太陽光電設備者，其建築面積、樓地板面積、建蔽率、容積率及建築物高度之檢討原則相關規定，自115年8月1日生效
