MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the abolition of "Format of the Documents, Including the Plan, of the Certificate Governing Application and Issuance for Foreign Profit-Seeking Enterprise Storing and/or Performing Simple Processing in Free Trade Zone" (former name: Format of the Documents, Including the Plan, of the Certificate Governing Application and Issuance for Foreign For-Profit Businesses Storing and/or Performing Simple Processing in Free Trade Zone) and "Checklist for Applications for Letter of Certification for Foreign Profit-Seeking Enterprise Conducting Goods Storage and/or Simple Processing Operations in Free Trade Zone" (former name: Checklist for Applicants for Letter of Certification for Foreign Profit-Seeking Enterprise Conducting Goods Storage and/or Simple Processing Operations in Free Trade Zone) (abolition becomes effective from 21st, August 2026)

交通部令：廢止「申請核發符合外國營利事業於自由貿易港區從事貨物儲存與簡易加工證明函之相關書表（含計畫書）格式」、「申請核發符合外國營利事業於自由貿易港區從事貨物儲存與簡易加工證明函申請人自行檢核事項」，自即日生效
