FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 3 of Article 3 and Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 3 of Article 4 of "Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act", which stipulates the types of business a securities investment trust enterprise and a securities investment consulting enterprise (not including concurrent operation) may operate with the permission of the Competent Authority (stipulation becomes effective from 13th, October 2026)
