EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the enforcement date of the promulgated amendment on partial articles of "Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act" to be 31st, October 2026 except Paragraph 6 and 15 of Article 35, which shall become effective from 31st, December 2026; for designating the enforcement date of the promulgated amendment on Article 92-2 of the aforesaid Act to be 31st, December 2026

行政院令：115年8月17日修正公布之「道路交通管理處罰條例」部分條文，除第35條第6項、第15項自115年12月31日施行外，其餘條文自115年10月31日施行；114年11月19日修正公布之該條例第92條之2，自115年12月31日施行
