MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION AND COMMUNICATIONS Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Implementation Regulations for Drunk Driving Prevention Education and Alcohol Addiction Treatment", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Implementation of Drunk and Drug-Impaired Driving Prevention Education and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 31st, October 2026)
