修正「戶政事務所辦理印鑑登記作業規定之各類書表格式」之重大疾病患者／不能行走者／隔離治療病患證明書格式，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise the format of certificate for major disease patients/ people incapable of walking/ patients in isolation treatment under various types of book list forms of "Operation Directions for Household Registration Office Transacting Seal Registration" (stipulation becomes effective from 25th, September 2020)
