修正「戶政事務所辦理印鑑登記作業規定之各類書表格式」之委任書、在營軍人申請印鑑登記／證明委任書、矯正機關收容人申請印鑑登記／證明委任書、隨船航行船員證明書格式，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise the formats of various forms regarding "Operation Directions for Household Registration Office Transacting Seal Registration" (stipulation becomes effective from 23rd, January 2018)
