110年6月9日修正公布之「國防部組織法」第2條、第6條、第8條條文、「國防部參謀本部組織法」第2條條文及同日制定公布之「國防部全民防衛動員署組織法」，自111年1月1日施行

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the enforcement date of the promulgated amendment on Article 2, 6 and 8 of "Organization Act of the Ministry of National Defense" and Article 2 of "Organization Act of the General Staff Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense" and the enactment of "Organization Act of the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency of the Ministry of National Defense" to be 1st, January 2022
